Accommodation Terms & Conditions

  • All prices shown are per person per night, in a room with private bath or shower, and include VAT at the current rate.
  • There is no supplement for single rooms.
  • No allowance will be made for temporary absence or meals not taken.
  • Dinner is taken from our “Table d’Hôte” menu (4 courses plus coffee). An “A la Carte” menu is available at an extra charge.
  • These prices do not include the Christmas period. Details of our 4-day all-inclusive Christmas package will be sent on request.
  • The above prices include full use of our indoor leisure centre featuring a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, spa pool, gym and solarium (extra charge). Towels are provided for use at the indoor pool only.

Hotel Terms & Conditions

Meal Times

Breakfast: 7:45am to 9:45am
Dinner: 7.00pm to 8:30pm

  • Gentlemen are requested to wear jacket and tie for Dinner, but smart casual dress is acceptable. NO Jeans or shorts.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel.


Provisional bookings should be confirmed in writing within 14 days and a non-returnable deposit of £50.00 per person is required.


When cancelled rooms cannot be re-let, the Management reserves the right to make a charge for the total value of the bookings, less one third for food not consumed. Guests are strongly recommended to take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance, A leaflet will be sent with our confirmation letter.


  • Cheques are accepted provided that five days are allowed for clearance, or the ammount can be covered by a cheque card.
  • Credit Cards - Mastercard and Visa.
  • Unconfirmed bookings - Payment in full will be requested on arrival.



We regret that pets or dogs are not accepted at the hotel.

Additional Information

We cannot guarantee bedrooms to be available until 2pm on the day of arrival. Those arriving early, however may make full use of the Hotel's facilities and will be contacted when the room is ready.

Rooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Attention is drawn to the first section of the Innkeeper Act exhibited in the Reception Hall.

The Proprietors cannot accept liability for any articles lost or stolen from the Hotel or grounds, unless deposited at Reception for safe keeping and an official receipt obtained. Nor can any responsibility be accepted for loss or damage to cars or their contents left in the Hotel car park or driveway.

Every effort will be made to maintain prices quoted, but the Management reserve the right to make adjustments where necessary.
