As a hotel, we strive to provide the best experience possible for our guests. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our services or products. Once a reservation has been made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that prevent our guests from honouring their reservation, and we sympathise with these situations. However, we must adhere to our policies and cannot make exceptions for any reason.
We also cannot offer exchanges for any products or services purchased at our hotel. All purchases are final and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while on Hotel property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel’s property or facilities.
The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to guest property or belongings, or for any personal injury or death, except as caused by the Hotel’s negligence.
The Hotel makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
The Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Hotel’s website news page.
